Question test pipe

I just ordered a test pipe for my teg. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with them? Could you tell a difference, was it worth it etc. I paid $35 shipped do you think that was fair?

I have a high flow cat and a test pipe, I used the high flow untill I had to have e-check done, then took it off and put the pipe on. I am good for another 2 years. Anyway, mine also cost about $35 from testpipes.com I would have to say that I do not notice a whole lot of a differance in performance, but it does make it louder and helps a little with the miles per gallon.

remember cats are a federal emissions standard not based on state by state laws. you need one in every state. which is exactly why im getting rid of mine because i dont give a fuck frankly. although the 2500$ fine isnt so sweet.
