Yes it is pretty cheap. What I was recommending was Tamiya, a great modelling company. It's probably the best modeling company when it comes to cars. Highest quality, I guess. Good for beginners because High quality= less work=good for beginers. IMO much better to start with a Tamiya kit than suppose a not as good fujimi kit, revell, AMT, ect... But it's all up to you. Hope I have helped.
