Best grade and brand of oil to use (Camry SE 2019)

Have been browsing the Internet because it's time to change the oil and filter in my 2019 Camry SE with 47,000 miles on the meter.

I have used only Toyota's 0-16, but some site indicate that 0-20 is better, and Toyota's brand is made by Mobil One, and Amsoil is the best.

Could not find the proper filter on Amazon, so I purchased another brand.

I drive about 10,000 miles a year, mostly city. It does not get too cold nor hot outside.

I get the oil and filter changed Avery 5,000 miles or six months, whichever comes first.

Which brand and type oil is best? Which filter is best?
