I am looking for a step-by-step guide for a head gasket replacement on my 2013 Murano referenced below.

Vehicle Information:
2013 Nissan Murano SL (211,000 miles)
4-Door 6 Cylinder 3.5 Liter

I need an easy to follow process as well as the predicted number of hours that it should take would work fine.
