You know.. it feels like the modded car scene is dead in Dallas. I never see any modified cars... but then something like last night happens, when somebody rings my freaking door bell, asking if my Civic is for sale.
I see videos on youtube, but don't know any average people still building out their cars. Maybe I'm just too old?

Battery supplier told us yesterday that there's about to be a shortage of 12v lead/acid batteries. Make sure yours is good.

Seen what appeared to be a mint 4th gen hatch sitting at a house in far north Dallas yesterday, didn't have a for sale sign but I was for sure tempted to leave a note lol.

*if* I ever do buy another older Honda again though, it'll probably be a 5th gen Prelude. But that's a big if, not something on my radar for the time being.

Luckily business is the busiest ever, I'm tracking to close out the year 50% over last. Also in the early stages of starting a second business but I'm completely out of room where I'm at currently so things are getting quite crowded when prototyping products.

Hoping the housing market chills the fuck out soon, hoping to buy my first home in the next couple years, which is why its also proving to be quite a challenge to find a place to move... might be the last. So far I've bounced around the country so I'm getting old and tired of moving and getting too much shit... moving trucks are goddamned expensive lol.

Bought a house.
Blower motor on the Volvo went out, insanely expensive to fix, because Volvo, just living with it.

PS I really want a Ford Maverick, but fuck buying a vehicle right now.
