Mystery wire

I have three wires going to one destroyed connector. I have no idea where i could or should plug it in. There is a double wire, blue and black connected together like a two wire lamp cord, plus a brown wire not connected to the connector, but coming out of the connector its brown with a red stripe. I have the Pontiac service manual but i can't find this wire anywhere!
I will try to attach a couple of pictures and maybe somebody will know what the heck it is.

The windshield washer pump used a blue/black wire combination, but I don't believe it had a "T" shaped connector configuration like the photo shows.
