'08 Silverado door pull handle delete kit?

I took the pull handles off my front doors a few years ago because they were always in the way.Honestly it's a piss poor design, they block the power mirror buttons and make access to the others a bit obstructed.Anyway I was wondering if anyone knew of a kit out there to cover the hole left behind by the removal of the pull handle and a pad/panel to cover up the gap in the arm rest.Other than putting the upgraded door panels off an LTZ with the different door pulls on and unless I can find a kit I guess I may have to visit an upholstery shop and have something custom made.

No I never found any kit(s) available as of yet.I am in the process of doing some other work to the truck and having an upholstery shop give me a quote on covering the gaps left by removing the door pulls. The easy solution would be panel from an LTZ,that way all I'd have to do is change the cable that works the door latch.I believe the electrical all plugs in the same way.
