Replace ignition coil wire

A squirrel chewed an ignition coil wire off right where it enters the main bundle of wiring for all of the cylinders on my 2000 Tundra 4.7 litter engine. If I remove the covering over the wire bundle, can I trace the chewed wire back and replace just it? If so, how would I order a single cylinder's coil wire? Or, would I need to try a junk yard? If I must replace the entire bundle of wires, is that an amateur job? Thanks.

Great. Thanks. Follow up--there is some sort of tape around the wire bundle which I assume is special heat resistant material rather than just electric tape. Correct?
