Transmission game
Hello out there. Am considering purchase of 2010-12 Transit but have read reviews @ Edmunds and other places where the 4 speed automatic used in these is prone to fail. Does anyone know whether Ford used just one model in these years and what that model # is? Thanks

My sister has a 2019 Transit and is currently engaged in a battle with our local dealer as well as Ford over the failure of the right front axle failure. Currently she's on her third axle. The second one failed after only 40 miles on it with the first, and original one failing after only 29000 miles on it.
