Exclamation Fiat 500 2013 Won't start

Good morning. Thank you for reading this.

I have a Fiat 500 2013, nearly 200,000 miles on it.
Oil, coolant and transmission fluid have been changed.
The coils have been replaced a year ago.
This problem I am mentioning has happened before all this.

When I put my key in, it will start the starter with the engine turning over but does not kick in as it seems lack of gas. After repeating about 4 times, then the starter will not kick, and I just get electrical clicking noises with dashboard lights not loading properly. I have not checked the voltage on the battery. I connect my car starter and still no luck.

Is this a bad starter? This is like the 5th time I have had this problem. Eventually the car will turn over and start running perfectly for some time.

Just saw this video. Going to try it. Sticking a rod down the oil fill valve. Something to do with the multiair.
