1971 Italia Intermeccanica Engine - 289 or 351?
Good day and I first must apologize for any ignorance I have with cars. I inherited a 1971 Italia Intermeccanica when my father passed away. I am confused by the engine, as it should be a 351 Cleveland, but it looks like it has 289 Cobra Headers. I hear this is done to increase compression? Any thoughts or ideas on what is going on would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
