** 2003 Accord LX burning a Ton of oil **
Hello,
I have a 2003 Honda Accord 2.4 L that burns about a quart of oil every 200 miles. Yea I know that's A Lot.. As long as i feed her a Quart of oil every 200 miles or so, she runs Perfectly, Idles just fine and never smokes out the ass end. Two questions: Is it Safe & Ok to continue to drive it like this? If so.. Would it be OK to drive it 950 Miles from Colorado to Tucson, Az ?? Besides the Oil burning issue, I've never had a problem with this Accord.. Thanks for the Advice Guys !! Edwisn |

Re: ** 2003 Accord LX burning a Ton of oil **
Since there is no smoke or evidence of the oil 'burning', I suspect an oil leak.
Any oil stains in your parking spot? Any visible oil marks near the valve cover or starter solenoid? |
