94 Mustang GT Coupe 5.0 - this a good buy?

Hi, new to buying a car from private party, and was hoping to get any insight or opinions on this GT I'm thinking of getting, as would be my first stang. Based on this post, is it a good buy? Any tips appreciated.

With all the ricing done to that car I personally wouldn't touch it. It would cost more to make it nice again than what it's worth.

What I was alluding to when you mis-posted under the Ford GT and said I would pass, and what Stealthee is referencing, is that this car has probably been run hard and the drive train is at the end of it's life. If that was a model year I wanted, it might be worth close to that for the body, but I'd be planning on another 20 grand at least to make it reliable again.
