P0154 and P2254 Code.

Honda Odyssey 2008, V6, Check engine light is on, and returns code P2254 and P0154. P0154 is O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1), P2254 O2 Sensor Negative Current Control Circuit/Open Bank 2 Sensor 1. Do they mean the front catalog Bank 2 top sensor needs to be replaced? Any advise is welcome!
