Revell Mercedes G280

Or is it a G230? whatever it it its going to be a G500 lol.

I been into G classes and finally got around to start working on the g class again.

I didnt take any pics of when I cut the hood, engine, and chassis. Here some recent pics of what I have done

Engine from tamiya 500SL, had to make new headers as the stock tamiya ones didnt fit in the chassis, made 2 sets. 1st set didnt fit too wide, 2nd set better but does not look real. Interior added steering wheel from tamiya 500sl, added some recaro sportster seats, added a center screen. Build grill guard which still needs more work. Widemed te fender flares.

Re: Revell Mercedes G280

Looking great! Cool conversion, that engine looks realy tight in there but it works IRL so it should work in 1/24 as well! And i think those headers looks spot on! Where did you get the hi-jack?

Good work!

thx. I made new headers after I saw friends G63 exhaust setup. The exhaust comes out to the wheel wells and outside the chassis rails. So I wasted all that time making some nice looking headers.
