03 Kia Sedona Timing belt

I just replace the Timing belt for normal maint reason ok all the marks look line up, but I want to turn it over by hand to be surn all the timing mark are good but it won't turn over by hand if I tap the key it turn ok I don't try to crank it with the key yet I not seeing any reason for this it turn fine with the belt off
