Pissed Off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some punk ass stole my civic on new years!! It was just a stock 92 hatchback CX but that lil thing meant so much to me. I had so many plans for it. I had some stereo stuff in there but nothing super expensive. they found the car but without the bumpers and the hood. they also took out my stereo and speakers. since the car is old, the insurance is going to declare it a total loss but the problem is that the kbb says its worth about 2 grand so thats about all i'ma get from the insurance, but we all know that since civics are so popular, i'm not gonna find another 5gen civic hatch for 2 grand so it looks like i'm losing out either way. the worst part is that it was found in a nice neighborhood so it was probably some kid with rich parents but too cheap to buy his own stuff so he just decided to steal mine. i worked hard as hell just to buy that damn thing and it took a long ass time to actually find one. This is my second civic hatch stolen too. SUCKS!!!!! i'm more than sure different people stole them though. i'd love to find those bitches and cut their throats!!

damn that sucks i would buy another hatch soon and also a video camera to film those bitches and maybe an alarm for the car. but defintily a camera and then you film those bitches and watch the tape to find out who they are and what car they drive, find out where they live and then go to town on there car.

No, I lock them and everything but i just don't seem to have any luck with civics. i'm going to put a switch in the car somewhere so it cant be started. when i fix one up, i'm going to put motion cameras, store it in my garage, and put a satellite tracking system like LoJack or somethin. I'm also gonna put one of those metal things on the braking pedal so you cant drive it. krazy that i have to do all of this.

I thought about buying it back but it would take too much money to fix it back up, even though it was stock. i'm just gonna wait till i graduate in 2 semesters so i can afford all that extra security, nahmean.

if i were in your situation i would try to get my hands on another civic. then the first thing i would do to my new one is an alarm system. and a GOOD one. no need for cameras but ignition block and shock sensor are too very good features. sorry to hear about your mishap. hope it works out...

although those features are nice, a lot of gay ass alarms come with those now. and it doesn't really seem to help me much because i hate my alarm. it's stupid. anyways, i saw an alarm in some magazine that has teh COOLEST features. it comes w/ a turbo timer (if applicable), it starts your car up every few hours (for those people who has to warm up their car), and it comes w/ a LED display on the remote that goes off when someones messing w/ your car. COOL EH!!! too bad it's 700 bucks......

i feel ya man. i HATE theft, fuckin punk bitches. about two months ago i woke up and went outside to get into my car and the damn thing was on blocks. my Si rims and Michellin tires were gone. i even told the pigs who did it and where he lived, of course nothing came of it. as soon as my enkies hit it, so did an alarm system as well as a motion light on my house. just one thing though, dont let it make you give up

BTW i've now got 16 lock lugs

you can probably buy the car back for like 200 bucks from the insurance company plus have the 2g's they gave you to fix it up. That is more than enought for a CF hood and a kit. Plus if you want it back to just stock, hell, i got an extra set of bumpers and a hood sittin in my garage. (i need the hood though) Any easy way to secure your car if you are going to leave it for a long period of time in a bad neighborhood too is just pull the ecu fuse. Theives arent going to look in your fuse box when the car doesnt start, and if they do they arent going to be luckily carrying an extra fuse with them too. I know it sucks to reset your electronics but its a real cheap way to secure your car a bit. I would buy it back though if i were you...you can get some bumpers and a hood real easy and cheap.

my first mods were a dual stage alarm, lojack installed and worked into monthly payments, came out to an extra 10-15 per month. payments were 235 with 2000 down (civic was ~15k), but its tinted too, alot of imports are going for the cleared out look for windows but tinted is my preference, keeps car cooler, less visible sh*t inside too, door windows are 35% and backs are 5%... tinted real dark... the only thing i need to upgrade my alarm is a hood pin switch because the cable is in left wheel well, and alarm goes off with hood closing but if battery is already disconnected...or backup battery for alarm... either way, or both. but the lojack brochure says you gotta get it checked every once in awhile and especially if your doing electrical work on car, like taking off battery sometimes (for mods) but i hope i never have to use it... but if so, hopefully itll put some lame-o's in jail for a couple years. later
