2011 Equinox air inlet actuator replacement
Hello All
I have a 2011 Equinox that has a ticking noise coming from behind the glove box. There are two actuators behind there and I've determined it is the one that is the higher of the two mounted on the left side of the blower motor. The problem is I can not reach it with that frame work that is there and I do not know how to get to it. I'm guessing I need to take some of the front counsel panel off? Does anyone know the step by step procedure to replace that actuator? Any help would be appreciated. Gary |

Re: 2011 Equinox air inlet actuator replacement
step one --remove dash
step 2 remove HVAC module sorry- but no easy fix--it is a dash pull...probably near 11 hrs. last one I did, I physically wired the door open to outside air, and unplugged the actuator- or cut the wire- which ever is closest to reach...
