1986 Tempo - many issues - Axle bolt size? horn issues?

Well, Got a 1986 tempo GL from friend, and its got issues. They had to replace the wheel hub bearings and front tie rod before could even move it from yard to our house, and then we had to repalce transmission filter and gasket to stop a leak.. so we thought. jacked up the car onto stands this weekend and there are no bolts holding the axle plate onto anything.

what size bolts do i need? and anyone have diagram of where they should be?


and anyone replaced a horn relay? i have replacement, cant find the old one or where it goes.
