It is not the led's that are not functioning, there are 3 miniature incandescent bulbe that are part of the display. They frequently go out. Bulbs are available on Ebay and the like, but they are 12v bulbs. These aftermarket bulbs sometimes only last a few months. More expensive 13-14v bulbs work best. LED's last Much longer. the biggest problem is finding the polarity of the circuit. once you find that, it is just a matter of soldering them in.
