Which Antifreeze for 93 YJ 4.0?

I just replaced the radiator on my 93 YJ 4.0. Flushed it several times. Which antifreeze should I use? My old user guide says "Mopar all season coolant or equivalent". So, what do I need. This 'yellow' and 'green' stuff is awful confusing.
