Need: Old Front Brake Rotor Hat Brembo PN 80.1048

Hello. Luckily my old style Brembo rotors still have life according to Brembo Tech. But I found the Rotor Hat Brembo PN 80.1048 has 2 mounding holes to the hub that are opening up due to previous owner modifying the hub area.

Anyone have a good condition old rotor hat they want to sell?
