2000 2.4l grand am se wont start need advise

Ok so I bout a 2000 pontiac grand am se 2.4l from my girlfriends father that has been sitting for 7+ years. He said it ran when he parked it. Now it doesnt. I have narrowed the problem down to fuel delivery. The fuel pump works and I changed the fuel filter, all relays are fine, and I added new gas as well as fuel treatment. It still wont start. In desperate need of advice.

Everything I have changed so far is:
Ignition coils
Spark plugs
Fuel filter
Oil and filter
Camshaft position sensor
Crankshaft position sensor
Air filter
New battery

After setting that long, their would be bad gas in the tank, possibly turned to varnish and clogging the fuel pump and or system. you'll prob need to remove the tank and clean it if you cant get fuel pressure or delivery to the injectors.

If fuel pressure is ok, and you think you have a fuel delivery problem, like the injectors are not firing, get a can of carb cleaner, and spray into the intake while someone cranks the vehicle...if it starts and runs as long as you spray, check if the injectors are firing......could be a SECURITY problem or reference signal problem....

Have you scanned for codes?

Also pull the vac line off the f/p regulator and see if the reg is leaking fuel into the vac line....
