BMW M3 DTM 'Martin Tomczyk'

Hi Everyone!

Latest one completed. Completely OOB, usual Revell fitment issues, this time with the hood not sitting right no matter what I did. I'll most likely glue it shut which is a shame because it's quite a nice engine with a fair amount of detail.

Saw this car in person last year in Germany - you've produced an excellent replica! Well done!

Hey! Nice work!
Could you fix the hood fitting issue? Let me know if you haven't glued it yet. I had similar problems with the R390 GT1 which came with a twisted body. I added a few styrene tabs with CA here and there and it quite did the job. Now I can item or luck the hood in place at my will.
There is also the chance of using rare earth magnets in strategic points, but that would be harder in this case as you have to find a way to hide them.
Let me know if I'm on time and I will send some pictures explaining. It's definitely easy as I'm not so talented on modeling...

Unfortunately no I couldn't work out how to fix the hood issue I managed to get it to sit as best as it could. I didn't want to glue it shut as the engine detail is quite nice.
