"Service Park Assist" message 2007 Lucerne
Anyone know how to troubleshoot the dreaded "Service Park Assist" message? I replaced 3 of the sensors and swapped out the 4th with some of the others. Still get the message "Service Park Assist". The message is very annoying, much more annoying than the fact that the system does not work.
Do I need to reset a code? The new sensors had absolutely no impact on the issue. I have attempted to shut off the system by pressing the button on the dash, but that functionality seems non responsive. When I start the car again, it seems to reattempt the system start and I get the dang message again....and again....and again, each time I start the car. Can it be disabled completely by pulling a fuse? |

Unfortunately, If I remember right, you have to clear the code first........and I think you need a GM Tech II scan tool to do that.....
