green brake fluid

ive read that brake fluid should be clear to amber in color, mine in my accord is green, is some brake fluid green or is this bad.

Green means that the fluid is contaminated. The darker it is, the more it needs to be changed. One of the department of transportation standards for brake fluid is that it is clear.

Honda calls for new brake fluid every 3 years, regardless of mileage.
