Looking for a Single Din radio receiver with specific features.
Some of the features I am looking tohave in the radio are NOAA Weather Channels, Easy to Operate, Has Bluetooth, USB Charging port, a screen easy to see during the day. I don't think for example Pioneer, Kenwood, Alpline, or JL Audio has some of the features I'm looking for and I'm not sure what brand to look for that has those features. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

There are only truly about a dozen or so headunit manufacturers, getting all the features you want (especially at a reasonable price) can be a daunting task. I can't recall anyone advertising NOAA channels, perhaps they call it something else.
