2004 Grand am fender removal

So I just got myself an 3.4L V6 2004 grand am, and both of the front fenders are complete junk. One of them is rusted out, and the other has nice crease in it.

From what I can see: there are just a few bolts under the hood, I assume an anchor bolt or two at the bottom, and two by the door. It doesn't seem too hard, but of course I can't find any repair manuals for this model year ... So is there anything else that I should worry about? Any special tricks? Also does anyone know where I could find a repair manual for the 2004 model (or is it the same as 2003)?
