Lower control arm bumpers 1997 z71 need

I have totally replaced all steering components in my 1997 1500 z71.And I ruined my control arm bumpers, can anyone give me a part number of gm or after market please. Also like a idiot I didn't measure any ride height . I don't know if my front end is at correct height. Its level and that all,a link would be great to explain how and what height to set it correctly. I just hope my torsion bars are still good..thx for all suggestion.
