87 cutlass ciera no spark
87 Cutlass Ciera 2.8 no spark... car stalled while raining. then started back up. the next day would not start. did minor testing and even removed icm and dried it out changed ckps. clueless

To eliminate guess work, try and get a scanner on it and look for cranking rpms, the icm was a common failure as was the ECM. Check wiring from cps to the ICM.
