2001 Olds Silhouette- right power door won't open under any circumstance

Hey everyone, thanks in advance for any help.

This power door is killing me. So...If I use the overhead switch or the switch on the door to try to open it, I can hear a clicking sound but the door doesn't move at all. If I turn the power off to it and try to open it in manual mode, it doesn't budge. One time at a border crossing I tried about 20 times using both methods and a mile down the road the door popped open.....

Any advice on where to begin to fix this thing? Thanks again!
