Re: Ford Focus WRC - Rally Monte Carlo 2000

I'm gonna follow up your build with interest.
I just finished a 1999 version (RAC), but I have also in stock some 2000 versions...

Do you know all the differences between this kit and the Hasegawa one?

Re: Ford Focus WRC - Rally Monte Carlo 2000

Sorry my question was wrongly asked.
You're right they're the same models, but I think I read somewhere that the Revell kit doesn't provide little features and bonuses that Hasegawa provided (material for seatbelt, for example).

In my experience of reboxed Hasegawa kits being released under the Revell brand (Ford Focus WRC and Subaru Impreza GpA), the Revell kits have not included the photoetch set or seatbelt material. The decals are, I think, also printed by a different company.

Potsie is right, no seatbelt material or photoetcheds.

Re: Ford Focus WRC - Rally Monte Carlo 2000

Hello,

How is the paintjob on this kit?
Are you supposed to paint the blue part or does it come all on decals?

Anyway, great job, you've mastered that (critical) part!

Hello Jesus! A friend produces automotive paints in small bottles here in Rio. Color is "Telefonica Blue".
