I need help placing a cash value on My Mother's 1980 Mercedes Benz 300D

Hi Guys,

I could use some help from you all in determining what a fair price to both parties would be for my mother in-law's excellent condition and meticulously maintained 1980 Mercedes Benz 300D would be.

She's 75 years-old and no longer wishes to maintain two vehicles.

It's got 177,000 miles on the original engine and the interior is exquisite. It would come with all the original paperwork and service records as well. We just drove it 500 miles from Nevada and it runs excellent!
