Electrical issue

I have a 98 gp gt. I have no power going to the radio, sunroof, steering wheel controls, or power windows in the fuse panel I have virtually ripped this car apart and still no clue why I'm not getting power. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Electrical issue

Check the RAP relay circuit......first try swapping out the relay with another with the same number.....If that doesn't work, pull relay and check for power with test light on two of the legs.......if ok, jumper ckts. #142 and #75.....if you have power to your circuits now, then the control circuit to the RAP relay is the problem...

Re: Electrical issue

The accessory time delay relay (RAP) shown in the diagram above is located "behind the right side of the IP, mounted to the IP cross beam, above the fuse block" per the FSM. Jumper pins A2 (red wire) and C1 (dark blue wire) on the connector.
