1998 Intrepid -[Motor will not turn over}no start

We have replaced the pcm :
Still no motor turn over -no start !
New Battery and cables !
All-- fuses and relays-- were checked and are ok !
No ignition to the starter - motor will not turn over !
Jumper wire from control center starter relay -then motor turns over !

We are at a Loss here -
Could it be the ignition switch?
Neutral safety switch ?

Do you have 12v going to your fuses? Find the starter relay you should have 12v on two points. try jumping across the relay and see if it cranks.

We were informed on the dodgeintrepid site --that we needed to put the driverside cam sprocket and the Flex plate from the old motor on this one !
So your saying try the relay jump?
what after that ?

I'm a little confused did you do an engine swap? And why would you need to switch cam and flex plate? Not the same engine?

If it cranks when you jump the relay you need to check the small wire going to the starter. If you don't have 12v at that relay you need to trace it back further. Like I said check voltage on your fuses.

The engine is from a 2001 Intrepid 2.7 !
It is now in a 2002 Chassis !
Egr engine !
Converted to Non egr motor !
There is -[ supposed to be a difference in cam sprocket and Flex plate between the 2 Different years !
The tone rings !
There is a difference in Tone rings on 2 other years as well !

They say the cam sprocket and Flex plate Tone ring is different from the 2001 2.7 setup !
They say that the issue apply's to 2 other years as well !
