Glad you got it- the only fuse is the 10 amp back-up (in underhood fuse block) fuse that feeds the park /neutral switch.
There is an ignition fuse- (again in underhood fuse block) but that should have been obvious

So I get back from taking him to pick it up and I think I'll crank my old 87 Gold Wing up since I put a new battery in it this morning. Hit the starter and it goes whammmm and locks up. Sounded like it was hit with a hammer. I think something broke in the starter n it. Whats the chances of that happening?
