2006 Elantra power steering pump
My 2006 Elantra power steering had minor squealing, then power steering began to "stick" intermittently after initial start up. Local mechanic tightened belt and flushed fluid but said it looked good. Still acting like it's manual steering when first turned on until the wheel has been turned a couple of times. Do you think the pump is going bad?
