Need help

I have a 92 dodge stealth rt tt I recently blew it up but I did full rebuild diff block new forged crank rods new pistons ect.. Well put in my car and won't really start if u let sit u might get to once but after that it won't front bank is dumping fuel I have checked everything for boost and vacuum leak can't find anything up to the point of the car blowing up everything worked and ran fine any pointers will be helpful thank you in advanced

Update its dumping so much fuel when I pulled plenum there alot of fuel siting on the vavles what will make it dump fuel like this
