Vehicle.wont start in Park since new water pump

03 Jaguar x type vehicle.was running hot. I was told I needed a water pump, radiator and thermostat after replacing the water pump the mechanic said he wasnt able to put in the new raditor due to some damage from a minor accident which caused the overheating. He did replace the water pump but now my vehicle will not start in park. It will start in neutral but sometimes stalls and now the check engine light is on and the cruise unavailable warning is on. The codes for the check engine are P0112 and P0121 I believe. Can anyone let me know what could be causing this. Thanks in advance
