You have to get Gold [First place] in the GT World Championship in Amateur League.

what's with the FC RX-7 handling like absolute dogshit in GT3 anyway? even with all the mods i cant keep that beast on the road. They totally fucked that car up, my real life one handles better at HIGHER speeds!
