Impala wipers park in "delay" position
My '01 Impala wipers have started parking in the "delay" position. Not at the top like when that tab bends - where they stop between wipes if the switch is on any delay setting - a few inches up from the bottom. Other than not going down all the way, they work normally. It first started intermittently when I'd accelerate full throttle or brake very hard, now they've been stuck there for the last week or so. Looking at the wiring diagram, it would seem it has to be a bad pulse board. Has anyone figured out what causes this and a cheap fix for it? Thanks, Jason
