Delayed heater and overhead info center
for the past two or three days I have noticed that when I star my car (2000 Impala3.8) the heater and overhead information center delay turning on. Is there a relay for this or has anyone else had a similar problem. It does eventually come on just not right away. I'm thinking a bad relay. Any information would be helpful. Thanks Also no sun roof power either .

I took the ignition switch out of the car and disconnected the two main wire harnesses. Then I took the plastic cover off the end and noticed that there was a carbon build up on 3 of the five contact points. I took 800 Grit sandpaper and sanded the corrosion off and re assembled the pieces and BINGO the glitch stopped. ...when I put the switch on the Fan and the info center on the roof panel lights up and works great.
