No power yellow wire to shifter solenoid

2008 Impala LT 186,000 miles 3.9 litre engine

Have repaired the broken wires at connector to the shifter solenoid in floor console previously. It decided to act up again today and not turn key to off. Did some trouble shooting and found no power supply to the yellow wire. When I jump power to the purple/white wire the key cylinder solenoid activates and I can turn the key off. Checked the RAP fuse in the rh fuse panel and it is good. Can anyone tell me where the yellow wire goes to from the shifter solenoid? Looking to just create a jumper wire as the yellow wire is bad somewhere it appears. If not any idea where to look for a bad spot in yellow wire or does it draw power elsewhere?

Thanks,
Teegolf

Re: No power yellow wire to shifter solenoid

If the car does not have a DVD player, the yellow wire runs from the shift lock control solenoid to the I/P fuse box, RAP fuse (10 amp). The wire shows to run to connector 1 terminal B1.
