What are my options for mounting a spare tire
What are my options for mounting a spare tire on my B350? When i purchased it the spare was secured to the interior with a seatbelt
I think it is supposed to be inside and I would like it outside, but none of the mounts I see are for this van?How do i get this sucker outside? |

Re: What are my options for mounting a spare tire
Does yours have the space for the spare tire under the rear of the van?

There is a space I thought was for aux gas tank, but the tire could fit with straps maybe. Nothing available mount-wise under there.

Re: What are my options for mounting a spare tire
The later models mounted the spare under the back and had a cable/winch device to raise and lower it. You might be able to get the winch at a junkyard and install it. Be sure to get the bottle jack crank handle with it, as you need that to operate the winch.
