power seat switch 2005 Lesabre

2005 Buick Lesabre, passenger side power seat switch . The switch does not come back to a neutral position after moving the seat forward / backward.. Works fine on the other positions. Feels like a spring is not working to move the button back to the neurtral position. If it is not manually placed in the neutral position the motor that operates the forward/back gets very warm, stops working and will drain the battery over a period of a few days.

I have found the switch on line for $50-80.

How difficult is it to replace the switch? Just purchased the car and have not given it a detailed inspection.
