Sensor?

My 07 Pacifica starts but the the radio and power windows won't work and I cannot shift out of park (all the dashboard lights are on). Also, while the car is running and for maybe a minute after I turn the car off the engine makes a clicking kind of noise.
This happened to me the other day, I waited an hour or so and tried again and everything was fine, drove it for a couple days no problem, now it is happening again.
