2005 Honda Accord EX compliance bushing question

Had dealer fix safety recall for driver and passenger air bags. So as we all know they always check over the car looking for business. They suggested replacing compliance bushings. There is 170,000 miles on this car so I am guessing they are probably worn out. I do all the maintenance on this car and it is well maintained. I am going to change the compliance bushings myself but I noticed the front lower arm on each side also has a front lower arm bushing and a front shock absorber bushing The dealership did not suggest replacing the other two bushings but I feel with this many miles on the car and I have the lower arm off I might as well replace all 3 bushings. Any thoughts?
