Ford Mustang 350H Revell 1:24
HI guys
I'm going to reveal model no 4 from my collection... A true American muscle car... Ford Mustang! Definitely not my favourite year but that's what I came across at the time and thought why not. I will tell you that I have 1967 and 2010 version of GT500 which are waiting patiently for their turn. Newer one most likely stock but oldie will be done to replicate GT500E - Eleanor from Gone in 60 seconds. Not a lot to say about this one.... painted with Revell acrylics, no modifications and lots of flaws. One that is most visible are stripes that I tried to cover with gold paint after decals fallen apart. Another lesson learned I suppose. Let me know what you think ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Re: Ford Mustang 350H Revell 1:24
i built a similar revell kit (shelby gt350R) and had similar problems with the decals.
I remember having difficulties on some edges especially around the hood scoop. From memory my problemwas the decals were a bit stiff and didnt want to go around the corners and curves very well, which made me use alot of micro sol and too much massaging to make them work i may do another one one day and will definitely paint the strips on! nice build, one of my favorite mustangs! |
