What's this broken part in a 1995 Cavalier?
Manual transmission won't let me do anything other than 3rd gear. So driving is difficult, and the closest repair shop said they didn't know.

If it were me I'd go to a junkyard. I doubt any parts warehouse is going to have that. It looks like its part of the shift shaft selector.
