97 305 to 350 swap issues

I have a 97 truck 350 to go into my 97 truck with a 305...Im swapping entire engines....will the 305 exhaust and o2 sensors work with the 350? can I change the entire engine control module or do I just need to change the prom? thanks

No prom in a obd11 vehicle,swap pcms if both are stick or auto, not sure on the exhaust hook ups.

thanks...305 is auto....350 is a four speed...not sure what pcms is, 305 has one catalytic converter with three o2's upstream and on downstream, 350 has two cat's with 2 o2's downstream....I can change exhaust...not sure how to hook up o2 sensors..
